5 Nations 2006
Both of us competed in the 5 Nations competition held in luxembourg from 22-25 June -sorry it hs taken me a while to update...!
Scores of 587 and 566 in the prone and 3p respectively saw me finish first in both while jenny was close behind with 2 silvers. However, Jenny was not to be outdone setting a new persbnal best of 389 to finish 2nd in the air rifle the following day while i was 4th.

It turned out to be a really enjoyable trip despite the 14 hour return coach journey and Wales were a close second behind Belgium in the overall competition.

What the sky looked like while they were presenting medals on sunday afternoon - just before it absolutely chucked it down with rain and also some rather spectacular lightning!
