50m Rifle champs

Quick update of results from the weekend.
I had a good shoot of 592 on saturday in the prone which was good enough to win the ladies prone together with a big silver tea tray!



The 3p on sunday was not so good in the prone + standing although the kneeling was good. I finished 4th following the final which was won by Becky Spicer. Jenny was 7th.

Next competition is the 6 Nations in Luxembourg next weekend, travelling on thursday, returning on monday.

50m International Rifle Champs

Previouisly known as the NSRA ISSF, this competition is now known as "British 50m International rifle champs".

Both myself and Jenny will be competing in the prone on saturday and the 3P on sunday. Training has been going well from my point of view since returning from my first world cup in munich nearly 3 weeks ago.

The following week, we will both be travelling to Luxembourg on thursday to represent Wales in the 6 Nations competition, returning on monday.

Give me a bit of time and i'll work out how to put some pics up!
